Dynamic Analysis - Intensity Selector

The Intensity Selector module can be used to create simple statistical output images for a series of input images, for example, the mean or median intensity. You can choose the Intensity Selector module by clicking the tab in the Dynamic Analysis tool.

dynamic_intensity_sel

The table below shows the images calculated by each of the selectable processing types.

Selector Description Output image suffixes
dynamic_intensity_mean Computes the mean and standard deviation of the intensity of the time-series. "mean", "stddev"
dynamic_intensity_median Computes the median intensity of the time-series. "median"
dynamic_intensity_min Computes the minimum intensity of the time-series and the time at which the minimum occurs. "Imin", "tmin"
dynamic_intensity_max Computes the maximum intensity of the time-series and the time at which the maximum occurs. "Imax", "tmax"

When you click the apply_button button, the output images created will have names produced by taking the base name in the image output section and appending the suffixes in the last column of the table above.
